PACKINGFinished apricots are carefully packed by the experienced staff in different weights and package types, according to customers needs.

DRIED FIGS PRODUCTION
FUMIGATIONFigs are firstly fumigated under the control of a food engineer during at least 24 hours against the harmful pests.
WASHINGAfter fumigation, figs are mechanically washed and cleaned by salty water under hygienic conditions.
SIZINGAfter fumigation and washing, figs are put into sizing machine and calibrated according to their sizes.
AFLATOXIN CONTROLBefore the packing process, figs are inspected under UV lights by the skilled and experienced staff specialised in aflatoxin control.
The ones contaminated by aflatoxin or carrying risk for health are completely removed and destroyed.
PACKINGFinished figs are carefully and aesthetically packed by the experienced staff in different weights and package types.
